Will this lock work with the ring pro app? and unlock through the ring app?
No. It has its own proprietary web site you can control remotely from anywhere in the world with an Internet connection. And you can read logs for codes that are entered, etc. Add users, delete users, etc...
Can this smart lock be remotely controlled by using existing home WiFi router (not Bluetooth)?
Yes. I needed to speak with a customer service specialist from LockState to set it up, but it works extremely well. I do not use bluetooth, only wifi.
I purchased two of these locks, 1 of the locks serial number according to the company website has already been used, need help
You'll need to call LockState Tech Support for them to most likely get the previous user removed from the lock or so they can replace your lock with a new one. Here's the number 1-877-254-5625
can this lock automatically lock without using your phone
Yes because is has a timer afeter 10 seconds it lokces it self.
