Will this work with Low Voltage fireplace switch?
No. This is a dimmer switch. You'll require a SPST (single pole, single throw) switch.
I need this in white (ddkit-00w). what color is this? white, ivory or light almond?

Does it require ground? i've a on/off switch to control the hvac fan. it has lowvolt cable that does not have a ground or neutral. only load and line.
I believe you will find that it will jot work without a ground.

Works great
Bought for single LED light application which includes dimming. No buzzing, or flickering of the LED light at all. Very quick and easy to use, and the settings even have a small illumination to see in the dark. Very expensive for the type of application, but also works very well.
