Please know that the RoboVac 15C Max can also work well without WiFi because you can also control it with the remote control or the buttons on the RoboVac itself, but you can not enjoy many features on the App. If you prefer a non-WiFi model, you can also know more about RoboVac 11S Max which has the same suction as 15C Max.

I want to double confirm if you have done the following troubleshooting? - Empty the dust collector, clean the suction inlet and air passage, and check to make sure the filters are properly aligned and in place (some models have 3 filters: blue prefilter, white high-performance filter, and black sponge filter, some models have a unibody filter set). - With the dust collector removed from the unit, hold the vacuum upright with the bumper facing up, the suction 'hole' facing downwards. Shake out any debris that might be stuck in the suction area. Make sure there is air passing through that area after starting the vacuum. - Make sure the vacuum has not run over any liquids. If there are any parts that have gotten wet, make sure they are completely dry before re-installing. If water went into the suction fans, the internal parts would be damaged. Great little vacuum.
Works well, does not caught on rugs. I have a sheddy dog and this does a great job keeping up with the hair. I set it to automatically run every night.09/11/2022Verified Purchase
Really good value and better than I expected
Our first such vacuum and very happy. Bought Amazon Reconditioned and it might as well have been new. The unit has not failed in any way but did get stuck once under a coffee table but it is not the fault of the unit.
Used only on hardwood floors so no info on carpets. This guy moves randomly and gets 90% or more of everything. Somehow knows how to get itself home for recharging before battery runs out. It cleans about 3000 square feet of our home at once. The dust bin is easy to remove and dump but the filter in it needs to be removed and I use compressed air to blow it out.
Hair collects on the roller brush on the bottom and must be removed. Not a big deal but my wife likes her long hair. It also gets wrapped into the rotary brushes a bit so must be cleaned out every third or fourth use.
This was less than $150 and I cannot imagine how units for hundreds more would be worth the money. this one has a little remote and you can do it with your smart phone. If it gets stuck, it will send a notification. What else do you need? We like this and keeping the house clean will never the the same chore it has been.09/04/2022Verified Purchase
Very Happy with Mr. Belvedere
Day one I charged it up and ran it in the living room. Like many people say – it seems a bit random in directions, but I am guessing there is some algorithm that determined this random pattern of zigs and zags is the most efficient way to cover area. If you choose to sit on the couch with a beer and watch this little guy it does become apparent that the zigs and zags are not quite as random as they first appear. The only feedback I would give to the manufacturer on the zigzig pattern is to start the room with the edge detection. There is a setting that will have the robot follow along the walls to clean the edges. Eventually this will happen on its own.
I love that this little guy fits under all my furniture, day one I must have emptied the dust bin 5 or 6 times due to the amount of dust bunnies in the hard to reach areas under the couch and beds.
On the 3rd day I ran this little guy for 2hr and 40 min and he still made it back home.
There are quite a few reviews about it getting stuck or not making it home. I found that app has a manual control so you can guide it back (although for me the only time it got stuck was snagging a power cable. It has not missed the home base yet, so maybe there was a firmware update since those reviews. I pictured my location, which is open, but not super clear on either side.
Overall – for a first robo-vac and having it only 4 days I am super happy with this little guy.06/29/2022Verified Purchase
I have wood floors thought the home and a shedding dog. Would normally lug the canister vac around every other day. Since we’ve got the Eufy, it has just been set it and forget it! The machine took some time to learn the layout of our home, but since takes about 90 minutes or so before it heads back to base. We have several rugs through out the house, and they pose no problem. You can spend more on expensive vacs, but this one gets the job done on a friendly budget.05/01/2022Verified Purchase
Second one, I’ll never buy another brand
I mean based off the quantity of reviews (even for the refurbished ones) it’s a no brainer. I had one before and sadly had to get rid of it for a move. I loved the first one and this second one is just as amazing. Super easy to use and the tray capacity is awesome. It looks small if you’ve not used any robot vacuum before, but if you use it daily (I do) then you will love it! I have a very fluffy basset hound, a Labrador retriever, and a medium coat, quite large orange cat and I don’t have issues with the hair at all.04/04/2022Verified Purchase
