Is a the LED bulb replaceable without buying a whole new housing?
I don’t really know but I’ll ask my electrician. It really is a beautiful fan and puts out lots of air. Light is soft. Not too bright. Wooden blades are gorgeous.
Can this be operated without the wall unit or modified for a three light switch?
Yes, it can be operated without wall mounted switch. just provide 110 VAC supply directly to the unit. Now you can control it by remote controller or Wi-Fi.
Can this fan be used safely with a 5ft or 60 inches downrod ? will you provide extension wires for this
We bought and extended down rod that was 18 inches in total length. The works wonderfully and generates a lot of air movement. The wiring was long enough for the length rod and the fan has no wobble or movement. I am sorry that I can’t tell you about another 3-4’ more as far as stability is concerned. I don’t think that the wiring in place on the assembly would accommodate that much more length. You would probably have to put an extension on it from the housing. Sorry.
Where can I purchase a replacement globe for the led? Mine broke during installation

Maple finish is misleading
Extremely disappointed! The photos of the maple finish are nothing like what was delivered.
The finish is a mustard tone with a poor faux wood finish.

Vibrating itself apart
We installed this fan about a month ago. Noticed it had a minor wobble due to unbalanced fan blades. Initially, it was very quiet, but as time has gone on the minor wobble has developed into what sounds like a clicking and bearing noise.
Very disappointed as the fan cost double what we were looking to spend and replaced a fan that’d been up since the 80’s that managed to push more air more quietly. Small house so we threw out the box soon after installing it to make room so now we have no way to return it.
Your experience may vary, but we don’t recommend this fan at all. It was easy to install and we were able to hook it up to our bond bridge, but at the rate it is falling apart I don’t expect it to last another month and its too loud to sleep with, but too hot to sleep without it.06/28/2022Verified Purchase -
Pretty fan, weak lighting, no wall mount included
Fan is expensive but beautiful. However the LED light that is included is a joke. So dim… Why? The remote has buttons for increasing brightness but it’s obviously universal and only turns lights on and off for this fan.

Great Fan Terrible Home Automation App
This fan is beautiful and moves air really well but the App that this fan works with (Bond) does not integrate with Apple Home Kit. The Bond app works fine with Google home and Alexa but for some reason the App developers have a bias against Apple and it’s users.
