Negative reviews are due to user error.....
Bought two packages of two and all four work and sink together perfectly. One caveat is that if you have multiple bulbs, you need to connect them and sync them to the app individually. Once all bulbs are in sync with the app, flip the light switch off, flip the light switch back on and all four should be on the same pattern / frequency.
Once a light bulb is in sync with the app, the flickering mentioned in the negative reviews stops. The flickering is ONLY present when the bulb is attempting to sync with the app.

Why the hell are the ratings low for this?!
I am absolutely loving this bulb! I don’t get why the ratings are low! Though from what I read people were having trouble hooking up to Alexa and stuff, which there are instructions that explain how to do exactly that, that is inside the box itself.

Best bulb ever for kids
Bought this for my sons room. This worked wonders when he wants to sleep with lights on. We downloaded the app and he adjusts the light to what he wants it at. Some nights dim some nights color but he is able to determine that. Perfect!

PERFECT (and great value and nice fade effect)
Works exactly like it’s supposed to. Seamless pairing with CRESTIN app and integration with Google Assistant (the same cannot be said for other smart bulbs I’ve found at this price range). The fade effect when turning on/off and switching colors is a nice touch.
You can also arrange scheduling. Only addition that would be nice to see is for the temperature/brightness of the bulb to change with the time of day. I’m currently trying to automate on/off via geolocation of my phone, and will try to remember to update with results.
