The carton, will include all hardware, needed for installation. Including a 7' rail.

Does the wall controller have lock function? How long is the rail and how many pieces?

The wall control, 041A9501, does have a lock button. The carton includes a 5 piece squared rail

Will not connect to my cell phone ?

I am sorry I haven't tried to connect to my cell phone, however it came with instructions. Sorry I can't help.

Does this model have a Battery backup?
