Could you please try to hold down the #sign for about 2 seconds when the door is locked status. If it will unlock it, it’s opposite issue. Unlock the door: When you enter #code#, you can open the door, Lock the door: Hold down the # key for 2 seconds, you can lock the door. Please check if you can adjust the door direction on TTLock APP: Open your TTLock APP>,Settings>,Door opening direction>,Open to right/left. As seen from the outside, if the hinges are on the left side, then the door direction should be on Open to Left, if the hinges are on the right side, then it should be on Open to right. 3.
