This could be nice
This could be a very nice handle, but they really need to include installation instructions. The item does not come like other doorknobs where you have 2 pieces that install in the hole in the door, it’s one complete piece. No dual screws to secure the handle together, it’s more like a male/female connector. There’s a weird tool included that I’m assuming what you use to remove the end with the lock and then you can install in the door. It’s weird and there are no instructions other than don’t remove the side with the keyhole. I still can’t figure out how to use the tool to install this thing.

Cannot Lock or Unlock Remotely
This lock is not bad if you don’t need to use the app. In our case we are using it in a vacation rental and realized after it was installed that we cannot lock or unlock remotely. I don’t see the point of the app if you can’t use it to control the lock. We’re keeping it bc it’s already installed but I wouldn’t recommend it or buy it again.

Worth the effort...
Overall, this is a very decent entry lock. Installation is as simple as changing any other doorknob. The instructions say to drill a 3rd hole above the knob for a security screw. My initial installation was done without the extra hole as I wanted to make sure I was satisfied and keeping it before I committed to an extra hole in my door. It’s quite secure without the extra screw and I probably will opt to not put a hole there. The setup is pretty easy as far as changing the administrator and adding users fingerprints, etc. The wifi connection instructions could definitely use more clarity, but trial and error helps figure it out. My only complaint after 3 days of use is that the intelligent lock lost connection to the wifi multiple times. The router is literally 10 feet away, so signal is not the issue. Once it looses the connection I’ve had to go through the setup process to get it to communicate again. Communication with the app is necessary to be notified of entry attempts and customize users. The lock fingerprints, pin numbers, and code cards continue to work perfectly if it disconnects from the wifi. It’s still new, so perhaps I will be able to work the bugs out as I gain more experience with the item. Will report back with update later in time.

Fingerprint reader quit working after one month.
Fingerprint reader was cool but didn’t work very long. Didn’t like having to use a phone app to change/add settings. I really liked it until it stopped reading Fingerprint though.
